Paper cups, cup stock, cone sleeves and ice-cream packaging — from coating to forming
The paper packaging unit of the JuYoung PS group is run by Sungkwang Tech Co., Ltd. and produces paper-based food packaging such as paper cups, cup stock (water-resistant board for cup bodies and bottoms), ice-cream cone sleeves and ice-cream packaging. PE/PP extrusion coating on 3 T-die coaters comes first, followed by gravure and flexo printing, slitting, and cone and Pollapo forming — all handled in house.
Coating comes first, followed by printing, slitting and forming. With 3 cone forming machines and 5 Pollapo forming machines, the unit specializes in ice-cream forming.
