Business Units & Process

Four Divisions, Four Process Lines

Each of our 4 business units runs its own independent process line. Printing methods, finishing and forming equipment are selected according to the material and product characteristics.

Flat-handle bag line fed with base paper rolls
02 Converting
Automatic converting — flat-handle bags
Flat paper handles and reinforcement patches are attached to roll-fed base paper, and the body and bottom are formed continuously.
Twisted-handle bag machine fed with printed sheets of base paper
02 Converting
Sheet converting — twisted-handle bags
Twisted paper handles and reinforcement patches are attached to sheets of base paper, which are then formed into bags.
SOS bag making
02 Converting
SOS bag forming
Base paper is cut and folded into a square-bottom shape. Suited to high-volume production for food packaging.

UNIT 03
Paper PackagingPaperboard · Cup Stock
Sungkwang Tech Co., Ltd. · Ansan Plant · Hwaseong Plant

We produce printed and converted paper products such as paper cups, cup stock (water-resistant board for cup bodies and bottoms), cone sleeves and ice-cream packaging. The process is distinctive in that coating comes first, followed by printing, slitting and forming, and with 3 cone forming machines and 5 Pollapo forming machines we specialize in forming ice-cream packaging.

Machine Inventory

We own the equipment for every process, from printing to forming. Processes that usually pass through 2 to 4 suppliers are completed inline within one company, so intermediate markups and logistics costs between processes are removed from the cost, and quality accountability rests with a single party.
